By using the ChickenAdda website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms.
Orders
All orders are subject to availability and serviceability of your pincode. Prices, offers and combo packs may change without prior notice, though your order price is locked once payment is confirmed or the order is placed for Cash on Delivery.
Delivery
Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic or high order volumes. Delivery charges (if any) are calculated based on your order value and shown before payment.
Payments
We currently support Cash on Delivery and Wallet payments. Any online payment option shown will clearly indicate if it is unavailable at checkout.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are out for delivery from the Track Order or My Account page. Once an order is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your account phone number and password secure, and for the accuracy of the delivery address and contact details you provide.
